Aehr receives $23 million in new orders for silicon carbide device testing

Aehr, a US semiconductor production test and reliability certification equipment supplier, recently announced that it has received $23 million worth of new orders from existing customers for wafer aging and screening of silicon carbide (SiC) devices. The shipment date of these orders is from now to May 31, the closing date of Aehr's fiscal year.
