Tianqi Lithium and CATL establish joint venture

Tianqi Lithium's holding subsidiary Shenghe Lithium signed a "Cooperation Agreement on the Co-construction and Sharing of the 220kV Transmission and Transformation Project in the Jijiaka Mine Area" with Snowway and Huirong Mining, and jointly invested in the establishment of a joint venture company Tiansheng Times with a registered capital of RMB 300 million. Snowway is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL, so Tiansheng Times will become an indirect holding subsidiary of CATL.
