CATL enters into new company for power transmission and transformation projects

Tiansheng Times will invest in the construction of a 220kV power transmission and transformation project, which is CATL's expansion in the field of power transmission and transformation projects. Tiansheng Times' business scope includes power supply, power purchase and sale, power grid investment and construction, etc. The total investment in the project is RMB 300 million, which is the same as Tiansheng Times' registered capital.
