Honda and Nissan discuss possible integration

According to Japanese media reports, Honda may lead the appointment of the leader and most of the board members of the newly established holding company. In addition, the two companies are discussing ways to integrate, including Honda providing hybrid vehicles to Nissan and jointly using Nissan's car assembly plant in the UK.
