Jiazhan Rio Tinto SiC substrate project passed the energy-saving review

Jiazhan Rio Tinto announced that the first phase of its SiC substrate project has been completed and is currently in commissioning and operation. The project plans to produce 72,000 silicon carbide substrates annually.
