Anjian Semiconductor completes Series B financing, raising funds for product development and construction

Anjian Semiconductor was established in July 2021 and is a semiconductor power device manufacturer. In less than three years since its establishment, Anjian Semiconductor has completed three rounds of financing, including a RMB 180 million Series B financing in March 2022. The funds raised will be mainly used for the development of a full range of high and low voltage MOS and IGBT products, SiC device development, and the construction of an IGBT module packaging and testing plant.
