Wenzhou Xingyao Semiconductor's 5G RF filter chip wafer production line is put into production and is expected to be delivered in 2025

Wenzhou has reached an important milestone in the field of integrated circuit industry chain manufacturing. On December 24, the 5G RF filter chip wafer production line project of Zhejiang Xingyao Semiconductor Co., Ltd. ("Xingyao Semiconductor"), Wenzhou's first wafer factory, was officially put into production. The total investment of the project is 750 million yuan. It is expected to achieve an annual output of 120,000 high-performance RF filter wafers after production, and plans to deliver products to customers in February 2025. This production marks that Xingyao Semiconductor has successfully transformed from a fabless (fabless) company to an IDM (integrated device manufacturing) company, filling the gap in Wenzhou's integrated circuit industry chain manufacturing.
