Infineon Signs Long-term Supply Agreement with Leading Chinese SiC Substrate Company

Infineon has signed a long-term supply agreement with Tianyue Advanced and Tianke Heda, two leading domestic SiC substrate companies. The two manufacturers will initially supply 6-inch SiC wafers to Infineon and later switch to 8-inch wafers.
