As of now, Jetta Semiconductor has built and is building a total production capacity of 280,000 wafers/month (equivalent to 8 inches), including 70,000 wafers/month for 6-inch, 110,000 wafers/month for 8-inch, 50,000 wafers/month for 12-inch, and 30,000 wafers/month for SiC.
