TechStar Acquisition Corporation, a Hong Kong-listed special purpose acquisition company, announced that it will merge with LiDAR company Tudatong. After the merger is completed, Tudatong will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Currently, Tudatong is valued at HK$11.7 billion, equivalent to about RMB 11 billion.
