Lei Jun introduced Xiaomi's self-developed high-strength, high-toughness, heat-treatment-free and environmentally friendly die-casting material "Titan Alloy", which has been applied to the "72-in-1" integrated die-casting rear floor of the Xiaomi SU7 model. Compared with traditional die-casting technology, the three-stage rear floor of this model has reduced 840 welding points, improved the noise reduction capability in the car by 2dB, reduced the weight by 17%, and has a service life of more than 2 million kilometers, with strong anti-collision capability.
