JEFA Technology's AC7803x MCU chip successfully passed ISO 26262 ASIL B functional safety product certification

Jiefa Technology, a subsidiary of NavInfo, recently announced that its AC7803x series automotive-grade MCU chips have passed ISO 26262 ASIL B functional safety product certification. The chip is based on the Arm Cortex M0+ core, has a main frequency of 64MHz, has 512KB Flash and 64KB RAM, and integrates rich peripherals and communication interfaces. AC7803x is suitable for various scenarios such as in-vehicle wireless chargers, PEPS, OBC, etc., which will help promote the development of automotive intelligence.
