Rapidus and IBM to complete 2nm chip prototype development in spring 2025

Rapidus is also currently working with IBM to complete the development of a 2nm process chip prototype in the spring of 2025 and achieve mass production in 2027. In contrast, TSMC, the leading foundry, plans to start mass production of 2nm chips in 2025.
