Transphorm Launches Multiple New GaN Products

Transphorm, a US GaN power device manufacturer, recently launched a number of new GaN products, including three TOLL-packaged SuperGaN FETs and one TOLT-packaged SuperGaN FET. These new products have low on-resistance and high reliability, and are suitable for a variety of high-power applications.
