Ganfeng Lithium's Cauchari-Olaroz Salt Lake Project in Argentina officially started production

In June 2023, Ganfeng Lithium's Cauchari-Olaroz Salt Lake Project in Argentina was officially put into production. The project plans to produce 40,000 tons of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) per year in the first phase, and the annual production capacity of the second phase will not be less than 20,000 tons of LCE. The Cauchari-Olaroz Salt Lake is located in Jujuy Province, Argentina, with a total lithium resource of approximately 24.58 million tons of LCE. In 2023, the project's lithium carbonate production will be nearly 6,000 tons, exceeding expectations.
