Hunan Yuneng plans to issue shares to raise 4.8 billion yuan

Hunan Yuneng (301358) announced plans to issue shares to no more than 35 specific targets to raise no more than 4.8 billion yuan. These funds will be mainly used for the 320,000 tons per year lithium iron phosphate project, the 80,000 tons per year ultra-long cycle lithium iron phosphate project, the 100,000 tons per year iron phosphate project and to supplement working capital. Among them, 2.8 billion yuan will be used for the lithium iron phosphate project, 500 million yuan for the ultra-long cycle lithium iron phosphate project, 600 million yuan for the iron phosphate project, and the remaining 900 million yuan will be used for working capital.
