US government launches national security investigation into TP-Link

The U.S. government recently launched a national security investigation into Chinese router manufacturer TP-Link. The investigation was triggered by an August advisory letter from the co-chairs of the U.S. House of Representatives' bipartisan special committee on China, who expressed concerns that TP-Link's leading position in the U.S. market could pose "clear national security concerns."
