At present, the company's annual production of 2 billion (pieces, sets) of semiconductor devices and semiconductor wafer manufacturing and packaging and testing projects are progressing as planned. In addition, the company's RF chips are mainly used as a foundry for design companies, and have achieved mass production of Normal SAW, TC-SAW, and TF-SAW, including wafer manufacturing and packaging testing. The resonator collection for the BAW project has been completed, and full-process sample trial production has begun. At the same time, the company's third-generation semiconductor packaging and testing has achieved small-scale production.
