Introduction to the Phase II Project of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (Shanxi) SiC Materials Industrial Base

The second phase of the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (Shanxi) SiC Materials Industrial Base project started construction in September 2023, and is now ready for equipment entry. The project has a total investment of 500 million yuan, and will mainly build a comprehensive plant with a total area of ​​16,000 square meters, including single crystal production workshops and power equipment. It is expected to be put into production in 2025, and the annual production capacity will reach 300,000 SiC substrates after production.
