The Nanjing Epitaxial Materials Industrial Base Project of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. was signed and settled in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Nanjing Jiangning Development Zone on September 27, 2021, covering an area of ​​about 100,000 square meters. In November 2022, the industrial base achieved the first silicon epitaxial and SiC epitaxial production line, marking the entry of the industrial base into the trial production and verification stage. After the project reaches full production, it will form a production capacity of 126,000 6-8 inch compound epitaxial wafers per year.
