Tony Semiconductor signed a supplementary agreement with its customers

As the delivery plan was not completed, Tony Semiconductor agreed to supply 8-inch SiC substrates free of charge in 2024 as compensation. Specifically, it includes 1,000 P-grade and 335 D-grade. In addition, the two parties decided to change the annual contract form to supply 6-inch SiC substrates at market prices, and to supplement the purchase order every month.
