The AI performance of Intel's Gaudi 3 chip for China will be comparable to Nvidia's H20 AI accelerator card for the Chinese market, both with 148 TFLOPS of FP16/BF16 performance, slightly lower than the 150 TFLOPS limit. However, in terms of HBM capacity and bandwidth, Intel's Gaudi 3 for China will be lower than Nvidia's H20.
