Hankook Tire acquires 25% stake in Hanon Systems

Hankook Tire Co. announced an agreement with Hahn & Co. to acquire a 25% stake in Hahn Systems, a manufacturer of automotive thermal management components and systems. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of this year, and Hankook will pay 1.73 trillion won (about 9.134 billion yuan).
