BYD and others invest in Zhuoyu Technology (formerly DJI Intelligent Driving)

Zhuoyu Technology has undergone industrial and commercial changes, adding Shenzhen BYD Chuangxin Materials Co., Ltd. under BYD and several other investment companies as shareholders, and the registered capital has also increased. Zhuoyu Technology was established in 2022. Its predecessor was DJI's automotive business unit. It focuses on pure visual intelligent driving solutions. Its current customers include Volkswagen, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Chery Automobile, FAW China, Dongfeng Motor, etc.
