The Hefei plant of Xinneng Semiconductor held a commissioning ceremony on April 11. The plant covers an area of ​​13,000 square meters and plans to build 10 IGBT and 5 SiC MOS automated production lines. The products will be used in industries such as new energy vehicles, solar energy and home appliances.
