Innoscience introduces four cornerstone investors

Innoscience introduced four cornerstone investors in this IPO, namely STMicroelectronics, Jiangsu State-owned Enterprise Mixed Reform Fund, Dongfang Chuanglian and Suzhou High-end Equipment, which subscribed for a total of US$100 million in shares. As of June 30, 2024, the cumulative shipments of Innoscience's GaN discrete devices exceeded 850 million.
