Micron's advanced packaging and testing plant in Taichung officially opened

Micron's advanced packaging and testing plant in Taichung has officially been completed and opened. The plant focuses on advanced memory packaging and will be an important base for Micron to develop 1-gamma advanced processes and HBM3E high-bandwidth memory advanced packaging in the future.
