Innoscience announces global offering of H shares, expected to raise approximately HK$1.526 billion

On December 18, Innoscience announced a global offering of 45.364 million H shares at a price of HK$30.86-33.66 per share, with an estimated maximum fundraising of approximately HK$1.526 billion. The company plans to conduct an IPO from December 18 to December 23, 2024, and determine the price on December 24, and is expected to start trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 30.
