Semitech IGBT orders exceed 50 million yuan

Hefei Semitech Technology Co., Ltd. has received more than 50 million yuan in IGBT orders. The company officially signed the contract in July this year, went into production smoothly in October, and delivered products to customers in November. The total investment in the project is about 230 million yuan, which will be used to build the core equipment project of IGBT and silicon carbide production lines. After reaching full production, the annual output value will be about 280 million yuan. Han Yalin, founder and general manager of Semitech, said that their equipment has successfully broken the market monopoly of foreign manufacturers in the field of high-end packaging and testing equipment, reduced production costs, and successfully introduced the supply chain of well-known domestic companies.
