Cuizhan Microelectronics Co., Ltd.'s new plant is expected to be officially put into production in January next year, when its annual production capacity of IGBT modules will reach 10 million sets, with an annual output value of more than 1.5 billion yuan. Wu Rui, the company's deputy general manager of research and development, said that the company's automotive-grade IGBT modules have used self-developed chips and developed advanced packaging materials, which has reduced costs by more than 10% while increasing product power density.
