Corestar Semiconductor's Suzhou factory went into production, focusing on the production of VCSEL and EEL laser chips

The epitaxial equipment of Corestar Semiconductor (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has been put into production, covering the full material system of quaternary compounds of gallium arsenide (GaAs) and indium phosphide (InP) optical chips. At present, the company has achieved mass production of epitaxial wafers with a wavelength range of 760nm to 1700nm, and the epitaxial uniformity is controlled within 2nm outside the lasing center wavelength.
