Youjia Innovation plans to IPO in Hong Kong

Youjia Innovation plans to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong, offering 39.19 million shares globally, including 3.919 million shares in Hong Kong. The stock issue price is set at HK$17.00 to HK$20.20 per share, and it is expected to raise up to approximately HK$792 million.
