Acquisition of ACODI Fuller Precision Technology (Taicang) Co., Ltd. was successful

In July 2022, Aikodi successfully completed the acquisition of 67.50% equity of Aikodi Fule Precision Technology (Taicang) Co., Ltd. The new company focuses on the production of zinc alloy precision die-castings, which are widely used in automotive safety systems, electronic systems, motor systems, seat systems and steering systems, further enriching the company's product line.
