Jingsheng Electromechanical Japan Materials Research Institute was officially established

On December 16, the establishment ceremony of Jingsheng Mechatronics Japan Materials Research Institute was held. The institute focuses on the development of three major semiconductor substrate materials: silicon, sapphire, and silicon carbide, and has expanded into the field of compound substrate materials, providing technical support for the global semiconductor and photovoltaic industries.
