Zunjie Super Factory adopts fully automated production method

The Zunjie Super Factory, a collaboration between JAC Group and Huawei, was officially put into operation in Hefei. The factory is equipped with about 1,500 intelligent robots, which realize the full automation of key processes such as connection, painting, and gluing. In addition, the factory also adopts a digital architecture and C2M model to achieve an integrated process of R&D, production, sales, and services. The factory has 86 quality review gates and more than 25,000 quality control points, using artificial intelligence technology to achieve full-process, traceable, and timely quality control. It is predicted that the annual output value of the factory will exceed 100 billion yuan.
