Huawei's intelligent automotive solutions business unit has been split off and assets have been injected into Shenzhen Yinwang Intelligent Technology

The spin-off of Huawei's Intelligent Automotive Solutions Business Unit (Auto BU) is about to be completed, and its assets will be injected into Shenzhen Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. It is reported that Yinwang plans to start independent operation on New Year's Day 2025. Huawei established the Auto BU in 2019 and clearly announced that it would not build cars, but would become an incremental parts supplier in the era of smart cars.
