Porsche China launches layoff plan involving regular employees and outsourced employees

Porsche China recently announced a layoff plan, with 10% of regular employees to be laid off and 30% of outsourced employees to be laid off. The compensation standard for this layoff is N+6. In addition, the company also plans to adjust its dealer network and expects to retain about 100 dealers by the end of 2026.
