Avita Technology Completes C Round of Financing of Over 11 Billion Yuan, with Valuation of Over 30 Billion Yuan

On December 17, Avita announced the completion of its C round of financing, raising more than 11 billion yuan. Avita has begun preparations for listing and plans to conduct an IPO in 2026. According to Changan Automobile's announcement, Avita introduced investors in the form of public listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the investors have been determined. This round of financing was jointly funded by 13 investors. In the next three years, Avita will launch 17 new products, including medium and large 5-seater SUVs, large 6-seater SUVs, MPVs and coupes, with the goal of achieving global sales of 500,000 units by 2030 and investing 50-60 billion yuan.
