Toyota Motors selects Yantai Sanhe heat-treatment-free alloy and its integrated die castings

Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan recently adopted the heat treatment-free alloy independently developed by Yantai Sanhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and started mass production of 5000T integrated die castings. This alloy is suitable for low-temperature casting, which is the same as the temperature of ordinary die casting, 665±5℃, which helps to extend the life of the mold and reduce the cost of die casting.
