Wanliyang invested in aluminum alloy die-casting project in Jiangshan, Zhejiang

Recently, Wanliyang announced that the first phase of its aluminum alloy die-casting project in Jiangshan City, Zhejiang Province has reached a scale of 60,000 tons and has been gradually put into production. The project mainly produces automobile transmission housings, reducer housings and other products, and is also actively expanding external markets. According to reports, the total investment in the project is 3.06 billion yuan, including 1.86 billion yuan in fixed assets. By introducing advanced production processes such as integrated high-pressure casting, gravity casting and forging, the annual output is expected to reach 120,000 tons of aluminum alloy die-castings, forged aluminum parts and machined parts. The implementation of this project will further consolidate Wanliyang's position in the field of aluminum alloy automotive parts products and bring new business and profit growth points to the company. In addition, by improving the ability to make parts in-house, the company will also strengthen product quality control and effectively reduce costs.
