Yousheng shares plans to raise 2.471 billion yuan for project construction and replenishment of working capital

Yousheng shares stated in the prospectus that the IPO intends to be listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with an issue of no more than 48,267,111 shares and a planned fundraising of 2.471 billion yuan. These funds will be used to invest in the Yunnan Yousheng lightweight aluminum alloy parts production base project (Phase I), an annual production of 500,000 battery trays and 200,000 lower body manufacturing projects, and to supplement working capital.
