The Wenjie M9 headlights disassembled this time are from Xingyu Company and include rich configurations and technologies. The three lenses of the headlights have different functions. The innermost is DLP, the middle is 84 pixels, and the outer is a low-beam lens. During the disassembly process, we found many interesting designs, such as the external fan design and the ultra-near-field projection implementation design. These designs not only improve the heat dissipation effect of the headlights, but also ensure the adjustability of the module. In addition, we also found some special structural designs, such as the reflector can change the light path after turning to achieve ultra-near-field projection. The signal light board uses 1 TI 1044 CAN transceiver chip, 7 12-channel TPS929120Q LED direct drive chips, and 40 dual-color LEDs.
