EVE Energy and Enjie Energy jointly established a joint venture

Yiwei Lithium Energy and Enjie Co., Ltd. plan to jointly invest 52 billion yuan to establish a joint venture in Jingmen, focusing on the production of lithium-ion battery separators and coating films. The annual production capacity of the joint venture will reach 1.6 billion square meters, and it will give priority to supplying products to Yiwei Lithium Energy and its subsidiaries.
