Yangjie Technology won the 2024 Expert Aurora Award "China's Top Ten SiC IDM Enterprises". Its SiC products have been widely used in automotive electronics, clean energy, charging piles and other fields. Since 2015, it has been involved in the field of SiC products. After ten years of development, it has developed three generations of SiC SBD series products and GH series SiC MOS products.
