Huahong Group plans to inject Huali Micro into Huahong Company

According to Hua Hong's prospectus, within three years from the date of listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, Hua Hong Group will inject its 12-inch wafer foundry subsidiary Huali Microelectronics into Hua Hong after completing the government approval procedures. This move is seen as Hua Hong Group's proactive layout in the global semiconductor competition landscape.
