Seres Group introduces Chongqing state-owned assets as an important investor

Recently, Seres Group announced that Chongqing State-owned Assets plans to become its major investor. The three companies involved in the transaction are Chongqing Industrial Investment Fund Partnership, Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd. After the transaction is completed, Longsheng New Energy will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Seres Group.
