Thalys Group presenta Chongqing State-owned Assets come importante investitore

Recentemente, il Gruppo Thalys ha annunciato che il Piano patrimoniale statale di Chongqing diventerà il suo importante investitore. Le tre società coinvolte in questa transazione sono Chongqing Industrial Investment Fund of Funds Partnership, Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. e Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd. Una volta completata la transazione, Longsheng New Energy diventerà una consociata interamente controllata da Thalys Group.
