Thalys Group introduce Chongqing State-owned Assets ca un investitor important

Recent, Thalys Group a anunțat că Chongqing State-owned Assets Plan va deveni investitorul său important. Cele trei companii implicate în această tranzacție sunt Chongqing Industrial Investment Fund of Funds Partnership, Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. și Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd. După finalizarea tranzacției, Longsheng New Energy va deveni o subsidiară deținută în totalitate a Thalys Group.
