BYD performs well in Singapore market and is expected to surpass Toyota

Recently, the Chinese brand Denza D9 has been officially launched in the Singapore market, and its price is staggeringly high. The brand launched two models, one of which is priced at 296,888 Singapore dollars (about 1.606 million yuan), and the other higher-end GRANDEUR version is priced at 341,888 Singapore dollars (about 1.849 million yuan). In comparison, the starting price of the domestic Denza D9 EV is 379,800 yuan, and the price in Singapore is almost 5 times that of the domestic price. In addition, the Toyota Alphard, the "MPV king" that is highly sought after by Chinese people, has the cheapest entry-level model priced at 277,000 Singapore dollars (about 1.49 million yuan) in the Singapore market, which means that the Denza D9 is more expensive than the Alphard in the Singapore market.
