Aikodi Maanshan Factory successfully produces integrated die-cast battery trays

Recently, Aikodi Maanshan Factory successfully produced an integrated die-cast battery tray. This tray uses high-strength heat-treatment-free materials and uses integrated casting molding technology to improve product performance and reduce costs. In addition, the battery tray has an ultra-thin wall thickness of 2.2 mm, which achieves lightweight; the use of zero draft technology reduces machining procedures; the overall flatness of the tray reaches an ultra-high precision of 1 mm.
